This week I've been working on an online faculty training course that I must complete before starting my GSA position in the fall. The class I registered for started on the 17th, but I got way too ahead right out of the gate, completed almost half the course on the first day, and then hit a brick wall. I wasn't assigned to my class to shadow for the rest of the training, so I couldn't complete the final assignments in Module 4. Well, turns out that I was working on the course faster than IT and the course instructor could update it. IT didn't even process the request ticket for my shadow course until the 19th. Sigh.
